Design Guidance & Styling Direction
We help refine your vision by offering guidance on overall design, color palette, layout, and aesthetic cohesion. We ensure all elements feel intentional and aligned.
(Planner does not create floral arrangements or extensive décor installations.)
Timeline Creation & Planning Support
We develop a detailed wedding day timeline and assist in organizing logistics leading up to the event. You’ll receive guidance to ensure all moving pieces come together smoothly.
Vendor Coordination (Final Weeks)
In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we step in to confirm details with your selected vendors, review contracts, and ensure everyone is aligned with the final plan.
Ongoing Communication & Check-Ins
You’ll have access to us for questions, advice, and guidance throughout the planning process, with scheduled check-ins to keep everything on track.
Rehearsal Coordination
We coordinate and run your ceremony rehearsal so your wedding party feels confident and prepared.
